Position of an instantiated prefab is not correct in OnEnable
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (SampleInstantiateBug.rar)
2 .Open the "TestScen" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the console where the position of the object is logged
Expected: position of an instantiated object is the same as specified in the Instantiate method when looking at it in OnEnable
Reproduced in 5.6.3p3, 5.6.4p3, 2017.2.0f3
Did not reproduce in 5.5.5p1, 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.2.0b8, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.2.0p2, 2017.3.0b9, 2018.1.0a4
