Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open Shortcuts window (Unity > Shortcuts)
3. Select “Create new profile…” 
4. Observe the title
5. Close it
6. Select “Rename profile…” 
7. Observe the title
8. Close it
9. Select “Delete profile…” 
10. Observe the title
11. Close it

Actual results: Titles are "Delete Profile", "Create profile", and "Rename profile"

Expected results: Titles should be "Delete Profile", "Create Profile", and "Rename Profile"

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0b1
