Pop-up that says that there is a new version appears when Unity Hub is opened
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
Reproducible with: Unity Hub 1.6.1
Actual results: a pop-up with a message that there is an update appears, when there is no update
Expected results: no pop-up if there are no updates
