[PolyBrush] Copy/Paste for Prefab Settings does not work
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1271799"
2. Click -> Tools -> Polybrush -> Polybrush Window
3. Select "Scatter Prefabs on meshes" Tool
4. Select the Cube in the Current Pallete section
5. Right-Click and select "Copy prefab settings"
6. Select Cube (1), Right-Click and select "Paste prefab settings"
7. Observe the Placement Settings
Expected result: Settings from the first prefab are pasted to the second one
