Point light shows a visible white quad billboard if placed front of a shader that uses UNITY_APPLY_FOG_COLOR
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Test scene
3. Notice that Point light doesn't work correctly if placed in front of a shader that uses UNITY_APPLY_FOG_COLOR
