"+" shaped artifacts are rendered on UI Toolkit Buttons when the border radius is over 50%, button's opacity is set to 1 and the border has width
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “BorderArtifacts.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The elipsical button does not have a “” shaped artifact along the whole shape
Actual result: The elipsical button has a “” shaped artifact along the whole shape

Not reproducible in: 2022.3.56f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Artifacts are visible if the elements are not fully opaque and not fully transparent
- Seems to occur only on buttons
