Playmode resets blend values to 0
Repro:
1. In the controller with a blend tree, change the blend parameter to 1
2. Press play - the parameter is reset to 0 in the Animator window, but not in the Inspector
3. Exit playmode - the parameter remains 0
Expected:
1) do not reset the parameter when entering play mode
2) there should be sync between the value in Controller and Inspector.
