[PlayerSettings] Error when opening the Player settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project (basically an empty scene)
2. Go to Player settings (Edit-> Project Settings-> Player)
3. Error will be displayed (Failed to find:firstStreamedSceneWithResources UnityEditor.PlayerSettingsEditor:OnEnable())
