[Player Settings] [WebGL] [Rendering] - Texture Compression Format should be changed per profile and not globally
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Open File > Build Profiles
2. Create a new WebGL build profile and add player settings to it
3. Change Texture Compression Format under Other Settings > Rendering
*Actual results:* Note that when the texture compression format is changed for the non-active build profile it also changes the value globally in Project Settings. If the texture compression format is changed in project settings the profile value gets changed as well.
*Expected results:* Project settings' player settings shouldn't change the custom build profile texture compression format value and vice-versa.
*Reproducible with versions:*
*Not reproducible with versions:*
*Can’t test with versions:*
*Tested on (OS):*
