Player settings become invisible after importing new Graphics API on HDRP template
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new HDRP Template Scene project
2. Go Edit -> Project Settings -> Player
3. Add a new Graphics API to the project (do not need to switch)
4. Wait for Unity to recompile if it starts recompiling
Expected result: you can see the Player settings
Actual result: Player settings are invisible
Does not seem reproducible in other Template projects
Reproducible with: 2021.2.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.29f1, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.2.0a7
Note: re-opening the Player settings window resolves the issue
