Player is not disconnected from lobby after "Disconnect Removal Timeout" expires when the player disconnects after a reconnection
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-91987” project
2. Build the project
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Press the “Sign In” and “Create” buttons
5. Run the build
6. Change the “Sign In” field and press “Sign In” button
7. Use the lobby ID from the Console window and press the “Join” button
8. Close the Player application and re-launch it
9. Use the same lobby ID and press the “Reconnect” button
10. Close the Player application
11. Observe the Console window within the Editor
Expected result: Player is disconnected from lobby after the "Disconnect Removal Timeout" expires
Actual result: Player remains in the lobby after the "Disconnect Removal Timeout" expires
Reproducible with: 1.0.2, 1.1.1, 1.2.0-exp.2 (2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.38f1, 6000.1.0b6, 6000.2.0a3)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, macOS Sequoia 15.2
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
