Player icon is missing from the title bar when the Player is started in fullscreen mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project attached by the user
2. Build the project (File > Build Settings > Build)
3. Open the built Player
4. Enter windowed mode (Alt + Enter)
5. Observe the title bar
Expected result: Player icon is not missing
Actual result: Player icon is missing
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.19f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a7
Note:
- Icon appears after reopening the Player in windowed mode
- Not reproducible on MacOS (no icons in the title bar)
