Play animation clip button doesn't work if preview was enabled during playmode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure Animation window is open
3. Open and Play Sprite_Locomotion scene
4. Select Root and click on "Play the animation clip" button
5. Stop playing the scene -> Animation preview also stops
6. Click on "Play the animation clip" button again
Actual result: It doesn't work
Expected result: one shouldn't be allowed to preview animation during play mode or after play mode is disabled animation should stay in preview mode
