Platform support installers cannot be downloaded when using Unity 2018.1.9f2-MLTP10
How to reproduce:
1. Install Unity version 2018.1.9f2-MLTP10 (available here: https://unity3d.com/partners/magicleap)
2. Open a project on that version
3. Open the Build Settings window
4. Select any uninstalled Target Platform (e.g. iOS, UWP, tvOS, etc.)
5. Click "Open download page" button
Expected result: A working download page is opened; Installer of the selected target platform starts to be downloaded.
Actual result: The button leads to a page with an AccessDenied error; Platform support installer cannot be downloaded.
Reproducible with - 2018.1.9f2-MLTP10
Not reproducible with - 2018.1.9f2, 2019.2.0a5

Resolution Note:
This is by design since the MLTP only ships with the standalone player and the Lumin player.
