PlanesFromMeshes: NeededOnHL/iPad: meshes need to auto-convert to planes

**Setup**
- mars 1.0 on HoloLens/iPad-lidar
- Unity version 2019.3.0f3
- Mac OS 10.15.2
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. App runs, see meshes
**Actual Results**
Larges areas of meshes (planes) are not treated at MARS planes... don't do anything
**Expected Results**
Meshes at least try to be planes.
**Workaround**
Don't use proxies on HoloLens.

Resolution Note:
OpenXR on 2020.3 and above provides planes through AR Foundation on Hololens. This is no longer an issue we need to solve in MARS
