Placeholder text is positioned incorrectly when the input field is overflowed and later is reset
How to reproduce:
- Open the Project "IN-69683_AndroidFocus"
- Open “SampleScene“ scene
- Enter Play mode
- Type some text into the input so it gets overflowed
- Press the “Reset Value“ button
Expected result: The “filler text” is positioned correctly
Actual result: The “filler text” is positioned incorrectly
Reproducible with: 2023.2.13f1, 6000.0.0b12
Could not test with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1 (There is no placeholder text)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
