How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-129695"
2. Open the "Test" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Actual result: All three tests are printed as False in the Console
Expected result: All three tests are printed as True in the Console
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a5, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4
Could not test with: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.0a4 (LowLevelPhysics2D is not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
