Physics2D.CapsuleCast with same width/height doesn't can become inaccurate.
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached "2DCapsuleCastBug" project
1. Open the "2DCapsuleCastBug" scene
2. Enter Play
3. Observe the console window
Expected outcome: "Hit: True" messages are displayed
Actual outcome: "Hit: False" messages are displayed
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.18f1, 2023.20b15, 2023.3.0a11
Reproduced on: MacOS (Ventura 13.5.2)
