Physics2D.BoxCast always returns false when Default Contact Offset is less than 0.0025
How to reproduce:
1. Open my attached project ("1822f1.zip")
2. Press Play
3. Inspect Console
Expected result: Physics2D.BoxCast returns true
Actual result: Physics2D.BoxCast returns false
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a8, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2017.4.9f1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.1.4p2
