Physics Raycast behaves differently on different platforms
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project
2. Play the Scene and notice that when the ball goes on a platform in the top left, the game stops.
3. Build the project
Expected: same behavior
Actual: the ball sometimes passes through
Reproduced in: 2018.4.21f1, 2019.3.10f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a7
