[Performance Regression] Test: GraphViewTests.GraphViewSelectionTests.AddToSelection(100) significantly slower
The Editor test: GraphViewTests.GraphViewSelectionTests.AddToSelection(100) significantly slower in 2019.3 than 2019.2 or 18.4
It looks like there were 2 regressions introduced first in 2019.2.0a8 (fd94107fabb)
And the second big regression was in 2019.3.0a1 (1e4819d07b04)
