Paste Settings functionality does not save the pasted settings in volume profile when reloading the project

-

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-115344” project
2. In the Project window, navigate to (Settings → CopyOfSkyandFogSettingsProfile) and select the file
3. In the Inspector window, click on (Visual Environment → 3 dots (⋮) → Copy Settings)
4. In the Project window, navigate to (Settings → SkyandFogSettingsProfile) and select the file
5. In the Inspector window, click on (Visual Environment → 3 dots (⋮) → Paste Settings)
6. Observe the field (Visual Environment → Sky → Sky Type) in the Inspector window
7. Save and close the project
8. Open the same project again
9. In the Project window, navigate to (Settings → SkyandFogSettingsProfile) and select the file
10. Observe the field (Visual Environment → Sky → Sky type) in the Inspector window

Expected result: The field “Sky Type” remains set to “Gradient Sky” after a project reload
Actual result: The field “Sky Type” has reverted back to “Physically Based Sky” after a project reload

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.5f1, 6000.3.0b2

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Workaround: In the Inspector window, uncheck and then recheck any field in the selected file (for example, “Fog”) before reloading the project
