Broken Lightmaps: Parts of scene are black because of the baked lightmaps
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene Shenzen
3. Bake lightmaps
4. Notice that scene has black/white rectangles over some places (screen attached)
Disabling/enabling static batching doesn't affect this.
