Parts of a parent Editor Window become black when launching a child Editor Window from it
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Import the attached "1323381.cs" script
3. In the Project window right-click on the imported script and go MySampleApp -> Show NO-ModalUtility
4. Resize the newly opened window vertically
5. Click on any of the "Show modal utility..." buttons
6. Check the ShowModalUtilitySample window
Expected results: The window is in the standard color
Actual results: Most of the window is black
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a16, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2020.2.0a15
