[ParticleSystem] Shape gizmo parent scale doesn't effect emission volume
Info:
It seem that parent scale doesn't effect particles emission volume, it might be intended, but at least gizmos shouldn't scale. Check video.
Project Steps:
1. Open scene "Test".
2. Select "Particle System" in Hierarchy.
3. Click on "Shape" (To see gizmos).
4. Try to scale "Game Object" in Hierarchy that is parent of "Particle System"
5. Notice that gizmos is stretched, but not the particle emission volume.
