ParticleSystem.Simulate(t) starts flickering after "t" of lifetime.
Steps to reproduce :
1) Download attached project "ParticleBug.zip" and open in Unity.
2) Open scene "ParticleSystem".
3) In Hierarchy tab, click on ParticleSystem.
4) In Inspector tab, activate "ParticleDebug" script.
Check in Console tab, after 5f of lifetime particle system starts flickering.
Tested versions: 5.2.4f1,5.3.5p3, 5.3.5p4, 5.4.0b22
Note: In 5.2.4f1,5.3.5p3, 5.3.5p4 versions particle system starts not working incorrectly just in Play mode.(see attached gif "5.3.gif").
5.4.0b22 version always works incorrectly(Play/Edit mode). (see attached gif "5.4.gif")
