ParticleSystem.Simulate glitches when using a long time period with particular particle counts
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's project
2. Press Play
Expected result: No particles are glitchy
Actual result: Third column's 60 and 35 particles are glitchy
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.15f1, 2022.1.0b12, 2022.2.0a8
