Particles that spawn inside collider are forced out of it
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "792953.zip"
2. Open scene "test_particles_unity_beta_02"
3. Run it and notice that it looks like particles appear "from a thin air"

Not reproducible: 5.3.4p6, 5.4.0b9
