Particles jitter when simulating it by increasing Playback Time
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "broken" scene and select Particle System in hierarchy
3. In the Editor Particle Effect Simulation Controls press Simulate to view the effect
4. After it is done, press Stop
5. Now use the mouse to scrub through the Playback Time by left hold down-clicking "Playback Time" and mouse dragging to the right
6. When the "Playback Time" reaches above 0.5 the particles will act strangely by appearing to jitter wildly back and forth
Tested Win7
Reproducible: 5.4.0b5, 5.4.0p2, 5.5.0a1, in 5.5.0a6 particles are not rendered at all
Not reproducible: 5.3.6p3
