Particles do not die when using a Trigger and Ring Buffer.
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter "Play" mode
3. Observe the Game view
Expected outcome: Particles do not reappear after disappearing
Actual outcome: Particles reappear after disappearing
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
