Particles are respawned when selecting different Particle System child GameObjects
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-133186” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. In the hierarchy, expand the “Particle System” GameObject
4. Click Play in the “Particles” overlay
5. Before the particle animation stops, start clicking among the children of the “Particle System” GameObject
6. Observe the scene window
Actual result: Particles are being respawned with every click
Expected result: Different children are selected without triggering a respawn of the particles
Reproducible with: 2022.3.72f1, 2023.3.0a2, 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b8, 6000.5.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 2023.2.0a23
