[ParticleDistance] Particle distance sorting doesn't sort correctly
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play "example" scene
3. Play the particle system, and pan your camera around (it's most obvious when viewed from the top/bottom).
4. Particles will pop front/back randomly and sometimes stay showing incorrectly
