Regression
Yes
Particle system sub-emitter spawns offset particles when not Play On Awake and particles object is moved before playing
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (TestUnity2017_1.zip)
2. Open "Test" scene
3. Press Pause button and enter Play mode to launch the game paused
4. Unpause the game
5. (Optional) Observe Startup.cs script
Expected: an instantiated Particle System object doesn't show two effects instead of one, when moving it to some position in the world and manually telling it to play via ParticleSystem.Play method
Reproduced in 2017.1.0b3, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.1.0p1, 2017.2.0b4, 2017.3.0a1
Did not reproduce in 5.6.2p4, 2017.1.0b2
Regression introduced in 2017.1.0b3
