Particle System sprite and it's bounds scale differently when scaled in Z axis
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Import sprite_and_bounds_scale_bug.unitypackage
3. Open Assets > Scenes BugParticleScaleAndBounds scene
4. Select FXMoon in the Hierarchy and press Show Bounds
5. Change Z scale, bounds stretches in Z, sprite stretches in Y
Expected result: Bounds and sprite stretch in the same axis.
Actual result: Bounds and sprite stretch in different axes.
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a5, 2018.2.0f2, 2017.4.7f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.1.4p2
