[Particle System] Particle trail from the Trails module deforms and twists when the GameObject holding it stutters in place
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1275386 repro" project
2. Open the "SamepleScene" Scene from Assets > Scenes folder
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: the Particle Trail disappears smoothly when the "_Player" GameObject stops moving
Actual results: the Particle Trail deforms before disappearing when the "_Player" GameObject stops moving
Reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2
Notes:
-Changing the Interpolate parameter of the Rigidbody2D to Interpolate or reducing the Mass fixes the issue
-The Scene can be reloaded by pressing the "Space" key
