Particle system is stuttering in the Game view with Selective Glow
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project
2. Select the "Particle System" gameobject in the Hierarchy window
3. Select "Game" window
4. Observe particle system behavior. - gif in edit
Expected result: particle system plays normally
Actual result: particle system stutters and glitches out - user's video is in the Assets folder
Note: It only happens when viewing the game window. It does not happen when playing the game
