Particle system flicker if Texture Sheet Animation module is expanded while particle system has sub emitter attached
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "repro"
3. Select "Particle" system and notice that it's simulated in a smooth manner
4. Expand Texture Sheet Animation module (without enabling it) and notice that PS system starts to flicker and that sub emitter particles partially disappear
