Particle System does not render when aspect ratio is 4:3 in 5.5
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
3. Open the particle_culling scene
3. Play the scene
4. Change the aspect ratio between to 4:3
4. Observe, Particle System is not rendered
Actual results: Particle System is not rendered
Expected results: Particle system should be rendered
Reproduced with: 5.5.4p4
Not reproduced with: 5.4.5p4, 5.6.2p2, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b3
