Particle second and younger sub emitters are not simulated in preview and sometimes in play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached(New Unity Project 47.zip)
2. Open scene ("case_900274-bugreport_particle_2nd_subemitter_not_simulated_in_preview")
3. Select any particle system.
Expected result: From each particle system there will be 5 color emission.
Actual result: Only first sub emitter simulates.
Note: When entering play mode, this issue does not always disappear. Pressing Pause and Unpause should make it work.
Reproduced on: 5.6.0a6, 5.6.0b1, 2017.1.0b1.
Works fine on: 5.5.2f1, 5.5.3p1, 5.6.0a2.
Regression introduced in: 5.6.0a3 - a6.
