Particle Prewarm only works when the Duration is higher than 1.00
To reproduce:
1. Open QA's attached project
2. Select "Particles" gameobject
3. Play the Particle Effect in the scene view - it is already prewarmed
4. Play the scene and observe the particles
Expected result: The Particles are prewarmed in the Play mode the same way as they are in the Scene view simulation
Actual result: The Particles are only prewarmed during Play mode if their duration is higher than 1.00
Reproducible with: 5.6.5p1, 2017.1.3p1, 2017.2.1p3, 2017.3.1f1, 2018.1.0b7
