Particle Lights module prevents drawcall batching, if ParticleSystem is modified while scene is playing
To reproduce:
1. Import users attached package to the new project.
2. Open and Play "bug_report_particle_lights" scene.
3. Open "Stats" in the Game View.
4. Select "Particle System 1" (or any other) in hierarchy.
5. Look at "Batches" in Statistics, and change any value, of selected particle system.
Actual result: Batches value increases by 1.
Expected result: Batches value does not change.
Reproducible with: 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b5
