Parent GameObject is moving along with the Child GameObject when the Parent GameObject has a Rigidbody Component
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “Collider”
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Transform Component on the “GameObject” GameObject
Expected result: Transform Component’s Position values are not changing
Actual result: Transform Component’s Position values are slowly changing
Reproduced with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.7f1, 2022.1.12f1, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a3

I will reject the bug case after not being able to reproduce the bug in 2023.3.0a17 Parent GameObject is moving along with the Child GameObject when the Parent GameObject has a Rigidbody Component
