Parent and child Buttons are highlighted when only hovering over a Child Button
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "case_1067993" and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Enter the Play mode
3. In the Game View, hover over the first button from the bottom
Expected result: Only a Child button is highlighted
Actual result: Both parent and child buttons are highlighted
Reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.10f1, 2020.2.0b8, 2021.1.0a2
