Parameters on Wheel Collider are uneditable
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "wheel.zip"
2. Open "test" scene
3. Select "wheel" gameobject in Hierarchy
4. Try to edit Wheel Collider component parameters in Inspector
5. Notice how Wheel Collider parameters are uneditable (gif attached)

Not reproducible with: 5.3.5p5, 5.2.4f1
