Panel of Canvas with Screen Space - Camera Render Mode alpha is set to 255 when renderFrameInterval is set above 1 in the Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached "OpacityIssuce" project
2. Open the "Sample" Scene
3. Open the Build Settings (File->Build Settings...)
4. In the Build Settings window press "Add Open Scenes"
5. In the Build Settings window press "Build And Run"
6. When the Build opens press the "OnDemandRender" button
Expected result: The alpha value of both panels stay the same
Actual result: The alpha value of the right panel increases and the panel becomes opaque
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a7, 2019.4.6f1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a7
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.3.0a6 because of the cs0103 error, 2020.2.0a8, 2020.2.0a19 because changing the renderFrameInterval to anything above 1 crashes the Build

Resolution Note:
