Palette Settings link to the documentation isn’t working
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Universal 2D project
2. Create a Tile Palette (Create > 2D > Tile Palette)
3. Open newly created Tile Palette Asset Preview Box and select Palette Settings Asset
4. Click on question mark icon in the Inspector
Actual result: “Sorry... that page seems to be missing!” Page is opened
Expected result: Palette Settings documentation page opens or there’s no question mark icon in the Inspector
Reproducible with: 2021.3.58f1, 2022.3.68f1, 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.9f1, 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3
Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
