Painted holes in terrain don't show up in universal RP
Versions tested:

Repro steps:
1. Use a project with Universal
2. Create a terrain
3. Select the terrain and switch to the "paint holes" tool
4. Paint on the terrain
Expected result: the terrain holes are visible
Actual result: the terrain does not appear to have holes in it
