[Packman] Package versions are sorted incorectly
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Package Manager and expand the InputSystem (make sure that pre-release packages are enabled)
3. Observe the version list
Expected result: 1.1.0-pre.5 version is at the top of the list
Actual result: 1.1.0-pre.5 version is fourth on the list
Reproducible with: 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.3f1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.1.0a18
Could not test with: 2018.4 (InputSystem version is not supported)

Resolution Note:
As discussed internally, the sorting of versions respects SemVer (https://semver.org/#spec-item-11) and in the case described here, the sorting is correct.
