[Packman] Filters dropdown displays the menu even though it's set to off when double-clicked
On double-clicking the filters dropdown, filter menu is displayed even though the dropdown button is set to off. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package Manager > My Assets
3) Double click on filters dropdown
Actual result: Filters dropdown displays the menu even though it's set to off
Expected result: Filters dropdown does not display the menu when it's set to off
Occurring in: 2020.2.0a11, 2020.2.0a10, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.1.0b8
Note: Filters dropdown was introduced to Packman in 2020.2.0a10 and 2020.1.0b8
