[Packman] Artifacts appear in the Package window after leaving play mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Package Manager window
3. Type in search bar "2D"
4. Enter and exit play mode
Results: Text artifacts appear in a Package tab section

Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.0b6
